We totally welcome friends and families of loved ones to visit and will support you with flexible timings. Later in the evening we may be busier so it may take us a little longer to answer the door – but we will! And we are delighted if you wish to assist your loved one at any time of the day. Little things like assisting with teeth brushing is a really lovely bonding for close relatives. It demonstrates deep love and affection doing that little bit for your loved one shows them how much you care.
We encourage you to get involved in all aspects of daily living and social interaction with loved ones. Time is the most precious thing anyone can give another person – so any time looking at books, doing puzzles, watching tv together or enjoying our live music sessions is a great opportunity to your loved one just how much you care and want to give them your time.
Drinks and snacks are available from the dining room for you to help yourself to at any time.
If you have a special occasion coming up – why not stay for a meal with your loved one – just let the kitchen know a day or so in advance.
And for any day here are some suggestions to help you get the most out of your visit :-
